soft pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Refermentation: refermentation in autoclave (martinotti method)

Alcohol: 11% vol

Sensory characteristics:
straw yellow wine with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose white flowers and apple. The taste is delicate and slightly aromatic.

Serving temperature: 42 – 46 ° f

excellent as aperitif and with desserts with creams. It also goes well with fish dishes.
